Taekwondo has some of the fastest belt progressions of the traditional martial arts. This is partly because the curriculum is structured for efficiency and partly because the art emphasizes physical ability (kicking) alongside knowledge. Some schools move faster than others — evaluate whether your kid genuinely knows the material at each level.
